the atrium
A European-inspired courtyard with a central fountain.
The Atrium captures the charm of a European garden estate — a spacious open-air courtyard defined by its grand central fountain, manicured lawns, and cascading greenery. It’s the largest outdoor space at Shambala, offering both elegance and versatility for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and larger celebrations. As the sun sets, festoon lights and the scent of lavender transform the area into a truly atmospheric setting.

the GROTTO
A one-of-a-kind ceremony space beneath a cascading waterfall.
The Grotto is one of the Gold Coast Hinterland’s most distinctive ceremony locations — a man-made waterfall designed exclusively for Shambala Estate. Couples can exchange vows beneath the gentle cascade, surrounded by lush greenery and the soft sound of flowing water. Intimate, memorable, and entirely unique, it offers a setting unlike any other in Queensland.

the GAZEBO

Framed by manicured gardens and the gentle sound of cascading fountains, the Gazebo offers a refined outdoor setting for ceremonies and elegant gatherings. Its architectural charm and tranquil surroundings create a sense of stillness and poise — a space where every detail feels considered and every moment unfolds naturally.

the chapel
A timeless setting for classic ceremonies.
Standing at the heart of the estate, the Chapel is a striking architectural statement — elegant, timeless, and inviting. With soaring ceilings, natural acoustics, and soft filtered light, it creates a serene atmosphere for wedding ceremonies and intimate gatherings alike. The adjoining Atrium extends the space outdoors, offering a seamless transition from vows to celebration.
