Shambala Estate is nestled in the heart of Tamborine Mountain in the beautiful Scenic Rim, just one hour from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Conveniently located between Brisbane Airport and Gold Coast Airport, our central location makes it easy for local, interstate and international guests to join you for your special day.

Wedding Packages

Shambala Estate offers Gold, Platinum, Intimate and Cultural Wedding Packages, thoughtfully designed to suit different celebration styles, guest numbers and priorities.
Depending on your chosen package, inclusions may feature your ceremony and reception venue, catering, beverages, foundational styling, furniture, tableware, entertainment, wedding coordination and on-site accommodation.

To secure your wedding date, we require a signed Wedding Services Agreement along with a $2,500 non-refundable deposit. A second $2,500 non-refundable payment is due six months prior to your wedding, with the remaining balance payable one month before your special day.

Absolutely! Shambala Estate is an all-in-one wedding venue, allowing you to host your ceremony, reception and accommodation all in one beautiful location. With 4 Ceremony spaces, 2 Reception options and on-site accommodation, your entire celebration can unfold seamlessly in one place.

Our minimum guest numbers vary depending on the package you choose. Packages range from a minimum of 30 guests through to 60 guests, giving you the flexibility to create the celebration that best suits your vision.

Shambala Estate can accommodate weddings of up to 150 guests in our Galaxy Ballroom. Our Waterfall Pavilion is suited to more intimate celebrations of up to 60 - 80 seated guests.
Our experienced wedding team can help you choose the reception space and wedding package that best suits your guest numbers, vision and preferred layout.
Catering & Styling

Shambala Estate works with our trusted catering partner, In Season Catering, to provide thoughtfully prepared menus for weddings at the estate. Their team offers a range of dining options and can accommodate many dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free needs.
Catering inclusions vary between wedding packages, so we recommend exploring our current packages or speaking with our wedding team to find the best option for your celebration.

Yes. Depending on your selected wedding package, you may be able to upgrade your beverage package to include premium beverages or personalised touches such as signature cocktails.
Our Premium Wedding Package also includes a champagne tower experience. Couples can explore additional champagne tower styling through The Flow State Co., one of our recommended wedding vendors.

No. As a licensed Tamborine Mountain wedding venue, Shambala Estate does not permit couples or guests to bring their own alcohol.
Beverage packages are available, with options to upgrade your drinks selection or add special touches such as signature cocktails.

Foundational ceremony and reception styling is included in selected wedding packages and may feature ceremony chairs, reception furniture, linen, tableware and carefully selected styling pieces.
You're welcome to personalise your wedding with additional décor that reflects your style and vision. Our coordinators will happily explain what is included within your package and any items that may need to be supplied or hired separately.

Yes. Couples are welcome to engage approved wedding professionals, including photographers, celebrants, florists, stylists, musicians, DJs and other entertainment providers.
To ensure your day runs seamlessly, all vendor access, styling, setup and pack-down arrangements must be coordinated with the Shambala Estate team in advance.
Please note that confetti, rice, glitter and sparklers are not permitted.

Shambala Estate offers 4 private cottages , providing beautiful on-site accommodation surrounded by the peaceful gardens of our Tamborine Mountain estate.
Accommodation inclusions vary between wedding packages, with selected spaces also available for couples and their wedding party while getting ready on the morning of the celebration.
