A wedding tour, sometimes called a venue inspection or private viewing, is a chance to look around a venue and talk about the wedding you would love to create.

At Shambala Estate, it is a relaxed, personal visit with our wedding team. We will explore the property together, listen to your ideas and help you understand your options. Your tour is free, with no obligation to book and no expectation to make a decision on the day.

Start with what matters to you

Perhaps you have a clear picture of your day. Perhaps you have only just started looking. You are welcome either way.

We will talk about the atmosphere you want to create, your approximate guest numbers, preferred dates and what matters most to you. That might be a beautiful ceremony, wonderful food, a lively dance floor, time with family or simply a celebration that feels easy and entirely your own.

You do not need to have everything worked out before you visit. Helping you find that clarity is part of the tour.

Walk through the possibilities

Allow around an hour to 90 minutes for a walk around the Estate and time to sit down and chat. We will explore ceremony and reception spaces, wander through the gardens and talk about how the different parts of your day could flow together.

It is an opportunity to picture where you might exchange vows, gather for drinks, take photographs and celebrate with your guests. We can also discuss wet-weather options, accommodation and any access needs, so the practical details feel clearer too.

Comfortable shoes are a good idea for exploring the grounds. Beyond that, bring your curiosity and any questions you have. If you already have an approximate guest count, a preferred month, a budget or a few inspiration photos, they can help guide our conversation. None of them is a prerequisite.
