Begin with the experience you want: an intimate welcome, a generous wedding celebration, or simply a little more time with family who have travelled. Our team will help distinguish what your wedding package includes from additional arrangements that need a separate quote.
A welcome gathering, extra cottage nights or a farewell breakfast are ideas to discuss, rather than automatic inclusions. Dates, staffing, catering, space access and costs must be confirmed before invitations or plans are finalised.
Your wedding, beautifully connected
Explore four ceremony locations and two reception spaces: the Galaxy Ballroom and Waterfall Pavilion. Walk the routes between them on a private tour, and imagine the flow from arrival to vows, photographs, food and celebration.
Our five wedding coordinators care for your celebration together, listening to your plans and helping the whole experience flow. Whichever team member you speak with can continue the journey with you.
Stay close to the celebration
Four private cottages can provide a peaceful base for you and selected guests, subject to availability. Discuss the nights you need, who will stay in each cottage, any package accommodation and your getting-ready plans with the team.
The cottages will not accommodate an entire wedding guest list. Plan nearby accommodation and return transport for everyone else, and confirm arrangements before sharing them with guests.
A possible rhythm for your weekend
Before the wedding: arrive within your confirmed check-in arrangements, settle into your accommodation and enjoy time together. Any organised gathering needs advance agreement.
The wedding day: allow time to prepare, share your ceremony and move into the celebration at a pace that suits your chosen package. Shambala weddings conclude by 10.00 pm; confirm your full timeline with the team.
The following morning: enjoy a slower start within your agreed checkout time. If you would love a shared breakfast or a longer stay, ask what is possible for your dates.
