An elopement can be just the two of you, or the two of you surrounded by a handful of favourite people. At Shambala, an intimate guest list still has the beauty of a considered wedding day: a setting you love, people who look after the details and time to let it all sink in.
Your vows, in a place that feels like you
Choose a ceremony in our chapel or gardens. Our team will help bring the setting together, with a signing table, simple styling choices and the practical details cared for.
After the ceremony, the five-acre Estate becomes the backdrop for photographs together. Your package includes a professional celebrant to guide your ceremony and complete the required legal documentation, plus two hours with a professional wedding photographer.

Care through the journey
Our wedding team supports you from your first conversation through planning appointments, supplier coordination and your wedding day. A professional marriage celebrant is included.
A ceremony made yours
Choose the chapel or a garden setting. The package includes the signing table and chairs, foundational setup and pack-down, with selected ceremony styling and a Bluetooth sound system available.
Time to be together
Enjoy the Estate gardens for photographs during your wedding, with two hours of professional photography and flowers for the couple included.
A toast and something delicious
Celebrate with chef’s choice hot and cold canapé boards, a champagne toast, and two hours of sparkling wine, mimosas, juices and water. A one-tier wedding cake is included.
Make a little more time
Stay in a deluxe cottage for two nights: the night before and the night of your wedding. Wake on the mountain with nowhere to rush.
Bring your closest people
Up to ten guests are included. The package also includes a return transfer for guests to local accommodation in Shambala’s 13-seat luxury bus.
Three hours to remember
Your elopement at the Estate runs for three hours, with afternoon times of 1–4pm or 2–5pm. The exact flow will be shaped with you.

Elopement pricing & availability
Bring up to ten guests for a celebration that includes your ceremony, the people to guide and photograph it, time for a toast and a two-night stay for the couple.
Monday to Wednesday dates are generally available. Thursday to Sunday dates may be booked only within three months of the wedding date. Public holidays are excluded.

Additional guests: $60 per person, up to a maximum of 25 guests. All dates and package details are subject to availability and final confirmation.

Can we elope with just the two of us?
Yes. You can keep the celebration to the two of you or bring a small group. The package price includes up to ten guests.
Is a celebrant included?
Yes. A professional marriage celebrant is included to guide the ceremony and look after the required legal documentation.
How much photography is included?
The package includes two hours of professional wedding photography. You will also have access to the Estate gardens for wedding photographs during your time on site.
Can we invite more than ten guests?
The package allows additional guests at $60 per person, with a maximum of 25 guests. Speak with our team about the guest count and arrangements that will work best.
Can we book a weekend date?
Thursday to Sunday elopements are available when booked within three months of the wedding date, subject to availability. Public holidays are excluded.
Is accommodation included?
Yes. The package includes a deluxe cottage for the couple for two nights: the night before and the night of the wedding.
